i did everything you listed here, but when I go to run the game it asks for permissions and then does not start up, any advice?

I extracted everything using win-jar and when i try to start the game by running as administrator it brings up permissions and no matter what I put the game doesn't run.  I am very new to computer file stuff so some help would be greatly appreciated :D.
